   I’ve been using Pablo’s Pals to walk my dog for months now, and they’ve been fantastic. I started with them while living in Victorian Village, and when I moved to Upper Arlington, they worked with me to keep the same walker so my dog could stay comfortable with someone he already knew and trusted. That kind of flexibility and attention to detail says a lot about how they run their business. The walkers are reliable, punctual, and clearly love what they do. My dog gets excited the moment he hears them at the door. Communication has always been easy, whether it’s scheduling, last-minute changes, or updates after each walk. I never worry about my dog’s care when I’m at work or traveling. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional dog walking service in Columbus, I highly recommend.

   Cannot say enough good things about Susan and her whole team!  Have been helping with my medically complicated cat for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else.  Efficient scheduling, always prompt communication, and kind and dedicated employees,  A+ all around!

   Pablo's Pals has been nothing but amazing with my dog. I have used them for almost 2 years and every dog walker has handled my dog with great care and compassion. I LOVE the picture updates! I also appreciated how Susan met with me and my dog personally to go over everything she needed to know in order to prepare her staff. The only reason I am no longer using Pablo's Pals is because I am moving out of their area :( I cannot recommend Susan and her staff enough. We will be sad to leave the neighborhood!

   Our vacation was better and way less stressful because of Pablo's Pals. We looked forward to the updates every day and were SHOCKED that our very shy cat was so comfortable that she actually started to play with the pet sitters.    Pablo's Pals is the very best!! Both Susan and Tristina have been incredible with our anxious, 75 pound Australian Shepherd. He absolutely loves them. We're unfortunately moving out of the area and won't be able to use their services anymore. We are all very bummed, especially our dog, Toby. From one anxious dog mom to another use Pablo's Pals' services! They treat your dog like their own, are very responsive, and always accommodating. I could not recommend them enough!!

   We used Pablo's Pals a few times but unfortunately are now outside of their service area. Susan is very professional, communicative, & accommodating. Pablo's Pals handled our anxious senior cat with gentle care. Shout out to Andrea & Susan for getting our cat to accept some attention, and most importantly, take his meds!

   Pablo's Pals has taken great care of my pets for the last two years. I fully trust them while I'm out of the country to take care of my babies and have used them while I've been across the world in Korea, in Europe, etc. In May 2023, Susan came to my house for an intro visit and spent a good half-hour meeting my cat (then just one haha), writing down instructions, and asking follow-ups. Both of my cats love their sitters and they're always friendly and send great updates and pictures through an easy-to-use app that you can also put scheduling requests in. It's nice to have one less thing to worry about while you're away and not feel like you need to inconvenience people for longer trips. Would highly recommend!!

   I have worked with Pablo's Pals for pet sitting our cats for the past year and they have been great. They made sure to understand all instructions and did an excellent job keeping me updated on visits and how they are doing.
