HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Prior to rendering any services we require a meet and greet.  This is a short meeting where we can introduce ourselves, go over your pets needs/routine, and make sure we are a good fit for one another.  Feel free to email, call, or text to schedule a meet and greet.  The meet and greet is free of cost and there is no obligation to book services.

WHO IS PABLO?

     Pablo was the inspiration for starting Pablo’s Pals Pet Service.  He was the sweetest boy.  A chubby puggle who was loved and adored by many.  He passed away in 2021 at the age of 15.  His legacy lives on through the care that our Professional Animal Lovers provide to all of our clients.  He is, and always will be, greatly missed.

WILL YOU ADMINISTER MEDICATION?

Absolutely!  We are comfortable and familiar with administering injections, topical medication, and pills.  It is very important that we go over your pets medical history and specific instructions together prior to your pet being in our care. 

WHEN DO I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES?

Payment is due after completion of services. If you are a regular client you can choose to be billed two times a month or once a month.  Under special circumstances, such as a lengthy pet sitting reservation, a down payment may be required. 

DO YOU WALK MULTIPLE DOGS AT ONCE?

If you have multiple dogs we will gladly walk them together unless you prefer that we walk them separately.  We will never walk your dog with a neighboring dog unless all owners agree in advance. 

DO YOU HAVE REFERENCES?

Absolutely!  Feel free to ask and we can get you as many as you would like.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?

It is never too early to request services.  Twenty-four hours notice is very much appreciated.  Our scheduling app makes it easy to control your dog walking/pet sitting schedule.  You can use the app to request services, as well as, to cancel them if need be.  If you have a same day request, please text us at 614-774-5685.  We will accommodate if at all possible.  

WILL YOU PET SIT IN MY HOME?

Yes!  We are bonded and insured to stay overnight in our client’s homes.  We also offer home services such as taking in the mail and watering plants.  Availability for this specific service is limited. Please inquire well in advance.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

     Yes!  Appointments that are cancelled on the same day that they are scheduled for are charged 100% of the original price.  Appointments that are cancelled the day prior to the scheduled date are charged 50% of the original price.
