SUSAN 

Hi there! I am the proud owner of Pablo’s Pals Pet Service. I grew up on a donkey farm south of Columbus, Ohio. Yes, a donkey farm! I was raised with all kinds of animals around. Besides the donkeys and a few other random farm animals we always had cats and dogs both in the house and running around our barn. I’ve been an animal lover my entire life. Working with and caring for animals is my passion, and I am so grateful that I get to do it every day! 

ANDREA 

Hi there!  My name is Andrea. Since I was a young I have absolutely loved animals and I was lucky enough to grow up in a household full of them.  I have 2 indoor cats of my own – Momma and Norman – and I also care for a small feral cat community on my block that was here when we moved in. I’m a big rescue advocate and help TNR as much as possible. I moved to Columbus from Toledo to attend The Ohio State University. After graduating in 2016, I decided to stay in Columbus for work because I could not imagine living anywhere else – I love Columbus! After years of working traditional, customer facing positions, I decided it was time to try something completely different.  I am incredibly grateful that I get to spend my work days outside, getting exercise and most importantly – caring for all of our adorable clients! I am finally working my dream job!

 
John

Hi!  My name is John.  Before joining Pablo’s Pals, I worked as a field research biologist studying a variety of wildlife, including rattlesnakes and endangered birds.  I enjoy using my experience observing animal health and behavior to thoroughly care for your four-legged kiddos while they’re with me.  Being a dog walker and pet sitter has been some of the most fulfilling work I’ve done.  I always look forward to meeting a new furry friend, and it’s a pleasure to walk and play with them!     

 
KELLY 
Hi! My name is Kelly! I’m a proud cat mom to two fur babies and have grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. I hope to eventually volunteer at local shelters to foster any dogs that I can! Along with Pablo’s Pals, I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. People and pups are my jam! In my free time I love to travel, hike, or just hang out in a hammock with a book.
 
 
BRIAN
Hey there! I’m Brian. I’ve been a pet owner and animal lover my entire life. I grew up with a revolving door of cats and dachshunds, and now I’m a proud dog dad to a Shiba Inu rescue, Charlie. I was a bartender for the better part of a decade when I joined Pablo’s Pals and now it’s my full-time focus. It’s an incredibly fun and rewarding job! When I’m not hanging with your fuzzy friends, I’m either in the gym, playing PC games, or at the dog park with Charlie. 
 
 
SAMIR
Hi, my name is Samir! Some of my favorite memories growing up are from listening to family members share stories of beloved pets who came long before me (and eventually creating some of my own stories with my pets). I love being able to spend my day being active outside and with the most adorable clients. It is so rewarding getting to know new furry friends as I help them stay happy and comfortable. I have been living in Columbus for over a decade and really enjoy getting to explore the city!
 
 
JULIA
Hi there! My name is Julia and I started with Pablo’s Pals in April of 2024! I’ve been obsessed with pets my whole life and am now the proud cat mom to my girly pop, Millie. I grew up in Cincinnati and graduated from Ohio University in 2016. After living in Costa Rica, Arizona and Colombia, I ended up in Columbus in 2020. In my free time I love to travel, go to concerts and bop around Columbus. I’m also currently a server at a local brewery. Dogs and Cats are, and have always been, my passion and I’m very fortunate to have the opportunity to walk and care for your pets!

Hello! My name is Shawn! I am an animal lover and yoga instructor. I love having the opportunity to spend time outside and to meet and play with any and all animals. Born and raised in Columbus I grew up with 12 fish tanks, birds, cats, dogs, a guinea pig, and a turtle. I also spent 10 years in the aquarium pet industry. Currently I have 3 cats and 2 step cats. I am thrilled to get my fill of animal kisses everyday of the week!
Jordan

Hi, my name is Jordan! I’ve lived in Columbus for 15 years now, having originally grown up in NE Ohio. I am a proud graduate of THE Ohio State University! I joined the Pablo’s Pals team July 2026 part time while also serving and bartending at a restaurant. Outside of working, I love to stay active, play sports, read, and garden. I was fortunate to be a dog mom to my girl Scout who passed away this year. Taking care of your pets has been such a joy and is feeding the soul. Luckily, I’ve got another fur baby at home, Stark, who has the most personality and keeps me on my toes!

Hi there, I’m Marina! I’m an Ohio State grad who’s never left Columbus. I’m an avid animal lover with a special spot in my heart for the rescue community — I grew up with rescue pups my whole life, and now I have one of my very own. I love animals of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds (I’m that girl at the party trying to win over the dogs). In my spare time, you’ll find me volunteering as a dog walker at the Franklin County Dog Shelter or checking out local restaurants and bars. I feel so lucky to take care of your pets!

Hi! I’m Jenny! A life long lover of dogs and cats. I’m currently the proud owner of a sweet cat named Tina.  Although Tina keeps me company these days, dogs have always been a big part of my life too!  I’m so excited to meet and care for your fur babies. I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved and well cared for, that’s for sure!
